Rebecca Irons | Fitness Trainer/Corrective Exercise Specialist and Massage/Fascial Stretch Therapist

Philosophy

Challenge the body, free the mind, embrace the spirit and go with the flow. Life has its ebbs and flows; it is in constant motion. Change is inevitable and moves us forward. Everyday seems to hold a lesson and transformation no matter how insignificant it may seem. I believe the body, mind and spirit all need and thrive on change. We need to learn to embrace and accept change. My desired goal is to empower you and help you embrace whatever changes come about. It takes courage, effort, patience and commitment when it comes to making positive changes in your health. It can seem like a daunting task when you don’t know where to begin. Because many times it is not immediately evident, as we work together, I am confident that we can find what motivates you. Movement and flexibility are key so I try to instill the importance of variety in my clients. I try to present the many different “faces” of good, physical health and encourage people to find activities that they enjoy because they are more likely to continue their path of health and wellness. I feel it is important to set realistic goals and as the body changes, so should the goals. Physical, mental and emotional health is a lifelong journey and you are the captain.

Client Base

I feel I am a good fit with just about anyone who has a genuine interest in being physically and mentally healthy. I design customized programs with lots of variety based on the goals clients want to achieve. I place emphasis on core strength and balance, flexibility, functional movement, corrective exercises and general fitness.
